We are a small group of modellers flying (RC) radio controlled airplanes, helicopters and more on most weekends at Afienya (15 km from Tema) we look forward to increase our group number. F.A.Q

Repair service turnaround time is 8 working days. This includes assessment, repair and testing periods. Minor repairs may be resolved faster than given time.

Please note: Unavailability of repair replacement parts can extend repair time frame. We are sorry Instant repair is unavailable at this time

1)Service Request: Contact us via phone call, sms, social media DM’s or email. Briefly Describe the product’s issue and provide your information. A service order will be created for you.

2) Send in Your Equipment: You may submit your equipment to our repair center in person or via a trusted delivery service of your choice. for added convenience, our courier can also pick up your equipment at your home to be repaired and return after. This service is only available to customers within the Greater Accra Region (Accra).

3) Assessment and Repair: We will then assess/diagnose your equipment within 3 working days and send you a repair quotation. Repair is only performed after payment and it takes an additional 3 working days to be completed.

4) Receive Your Equipment : Customers will be notified via phone call, SMS, email or social media *if preferred*  after repair completion to collect their device or have it delivered to them preferably.

Please send in aircraft, remote controller and 1 battery (Cases are accepted)
Accessories such SD cards, filters, neck trap, cables, etc. should remain in customers possession

IMPORTANT: dji RC231 controller maybe bound to your dji account, Customers must send in the respective RC with the aircraft or unbound aircraft from dji accounts before sending it in. Our repair center will not be able to perform vital tests after repairs if Drone is bound to an account. 

Yes, we supply wide range of dji repair replacement parts, components and modules on various drones should a customer elect to repair their device. 

Note: Some parts may need to be programmed, calibrated or synced to work properly

Devices are subject to a minimum GH₵200 assessment & Diagnosis fee. This fee will be waived should the customer elect to continue with the repair

General periodic servicing on consumer level drones cost a flat rate amount of GH₵600.This  covers various checkups, cleaning, calibrations and updating ect..

Repair Services cost depends on the specific issue. This differ between devices. The price of the specific component is subjected to product assessment result If the component is defective, therefore Repair cost is based on parts, time/effort dedicated to resolve a specific problem.

We do not offer the return of old damaged parts unless requested. Requested bulky parts such as shells or frames will only kept at our premise for a period of 4 working days after customer is notified of repair completion. All parts are disposed off

Inside the Drone is a data recorder, similar to one known as a “black box” in full scale aircraft. The data recorder takes note of flight status (e.g., altitude and speed), the pilot’s operation, and other flight data in real time. The product assessment stage includes this data analysis to determine cause and responsibility for the accident (i.e., whether the accident was a product defect or user error). Return work, repair rework and warranty void if data is by any means deleted by customer

No payment is required. For now you must own a standard radio controlled airplane or helicopter to be granted membership. Drones do not qualify.

If you do not any of the above mentioned you can still attend our flight sessions to learn more and possibly acquire your first aircraft.
